Andrew is a self-directed and driven Project Manager and Functional Consultant on PPM and organizational process management. He has experience in diverse private, public, and NGO sectors with a background in pedagogy, consulting, project management, and change management. Andrew is a firm believer in structured and open communication to ensure project and organizational success.
Originally from Puerto Rico, he holds a BA from the University of Puerto Rico and an MS from the University of Denver. Polyglot and passionate about organizational change management.
